We provide a software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution that enables businesses ("Vendors") to manage their operations and interact with their customers ("End Customers").

2. Our Role

• Vendors using the Platform are Data Controllers
• Prosper ERP Solutions acts as a Data Processor for End Customer data
• For Vendor account data, we act as a Data Controller

3. Data We Collect

A. Vendor Data (Direct Relationship)

We collect:

• Name, phone number, email
• Business details
• Login credentials

Purpose:

• Account creation
• Service delivery
• Billing and support

B. End Customer Data (Processed on behalf of Vendors)

We may process:

• Name
• Phone number
• Address
• Order details

Purpose:

• To provide Platform functionality to Vendors

We do NOT use this data for our own independent purposes.

4. How We Use Data

We use data to:

• Provide and maintain the Platform
• Enable Vendors to manage orders and customers
• Improve system performance and security
• Provide customer support

5. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell personal data.

We may share data with:

• Vendors (for order fulfillment)
• Service providers (hosting, infrastructure)
• Legal authorities (if required by law)

6. Data Storage & Security

• Data is stored securely using industry-standard practices
• We implement safeguards to prevent unauthorized access

7. Data Retention

• Vendor data: retained as long as account is active
• End Customer data: retained as per Vendor instructions

8. User Rights

Depending on applicable laws, individuals may:

• Access their data
• Request correction
• Request deletion

End Customers should contact the Vendor directly for such requests.

We may use cookies or similar technologies for:

• Authentication
• Performance monitoring

10. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate with third-party services (e.g., payment providers).
Such services are governed by their own privacy policies.
